Dear Customer,

I am regret to inform you that I can’t send you the permanent license by company regulation.

This afternoon I wrote an application to our accounting dept apply the license to you, just now got they refused feedback, they tell me your payment has been overdue more than 1 month now as promised in the contract… (yes, I just realized the time too)

Could you kindly arrange the payment ASAP and send me the bank receipt? so I can apply the license to you at the first time.

Please understand this is not we don’t trust you, you’re my customer, I am 100% fully trust you, if you overdue couple days or one week, I can try my best to get the license to you first, but now overdue more than more month which is out of my ability, hope you can understand!
